What are these drum cases?

I was at the music store and their where these soft cases that had a sheep skin like inside. The logo was a bald guy w/ shades on. What are they called? Are they any good?

They are made by a UK based company called Protection Racket. I have one for one of my snares. Quite hard wearing though the zipper pull fell off mine a while back. Luckily the bag has two zippers so I still use it. I think they have just recently got distribution in the US but thay are very common in the UK.

Protection Racket cases, pretty big over here in the UK (as thats where they're made). I had one ages ago which I got with a Pearl Omar Hakim snare. I liked it because it was lightweight and the drum was wrapped up nice and cosy in there so it didn't move around [img]tongue.gif[/img] [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

GREAT cases. as long as your not touring these are the best ive seen. you can pack them into your car much more easily as the cases are soft and can be manipulated. much lighter (obviously) than hardcases.

Thanks. I'm lookin for cases for my Export so I don't have to worry when movin them in my car from gig to gig. I'll see how much I can get them down to at the music store next time I go!
